About HCLI

As economic activity increasingly tilts towards Asia, with millions of people moving up the development curve over the coming decades, there is no doubt that a strong base of leaders for Asia and from Asia will be required. Head, Technology (3-Year Contract)
As HCLI embarks on the next lap of its development elevation to focus on increasing scale, impact and reach, technology is going to play a pivotal role within the overall vision. The Head, Technology will work with the management team, strategic partners, and technology providers at the forefront of the digital revolution to spearhead developments that will help the institute grow, enlarge its global outreach and transform the way clients, partners and the community interact with its content.

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the field of computer science, computer technology or other equivalent qualification. A professional qualification in technology and/or project management is a plus.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in technology management with 6 years at the senior management level.
- Demonstrated ability in managing technology projects aimed at transforming online user experience, revenue generating online platforms and learning technologies.
- Strong leadership ability to drive technology vision, work through cross-functional work teams and inspire vendor/partners for maximum performance. Able to motivate in a team oriented and collaborative environment.

Senior Manager, Client Engagement (3 Year Contract)
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Growing revenue from HCLI’s executive development platforms and customised programmes through targeted sales and business development activities.
- Identifying appropriate business opportunities from both new and existing clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Developing strong relationships with senior decision makers and influencers in target organisations to understand their talent management strategies, systems and processes.
- Articulating HCLI’s value proposition, and proposing solutions that are appropriate to client needs for building a Global Asia leaders.

To succeed in this role, you will likely:
- Have a minimum of 6 years of commercial experience in Asia with track record of revenue growth success in a consultative selling role
- Demonstrate the ability to identify, establish and build relationships with C-Suite executives
- Have a strong network within the HR and business community
- Bring experience working in a multinational/international environment, working across cultures
- Have superior verbal and written communication skills in English
- Be a self-motivated team player and agile learner who is tenacious, results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused.

Manager, Leadership Solutions (3-Year Contract)
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Design, develop and innovate new leadership development initiatives and programs
- Manage the rollout of the assigned leadership development platforms and customized programs to deliver an effective high-impact learning experience
- Collaborate with internal departments and external knowledge partners to drive effective programme implementation efforts

To succeed in this role, you will likely have/be:
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics or Social Sciences
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the design, development and production of leadership and executive development programmes. Managing and producing conferences is a good plus point
- Highly creative and analytical with good problem-solving skills
- Good project planning and execution skills
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills

Senior Manager, Leadership Solutions (3-Year Contract)
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Lead the design, development and facilitation of our leadership platforms by leveraging leading edge development technologies and approaches
- Engage effectively with ecosystem players (faculty, companies, other partners) to drive collaborative design and delivery of development programs
- Ensure the overall sustainability of the institute by developing a robust revenue stream from executive development platforms while managing efficiencies and cost

To succeed in this role, you will likely possess :
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Education
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in leadership and talent management, learning and development, executive education, consulting
- Experience working in multiple Asian and global contexts
- Understanding of adult learning principles with learning design expertise, ideally across a range of media
- Strong facilitation and program delivery skills at C-Suite level
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, presentation skills

Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances (3-Year Contract)
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing existing and fostering new strategic alliances and partnerships for HCLI. These networks will be across key stakeholders, partner and supplier groups, including Market Multipliers, Sponsors, IHLs, Content Partners, Alumni, HR Community and Government.
- Implementing the strategy within defined scope, progressing with key partnerships and developing unique value propositions for the different players in the ecosystem.
- Working with a team to establish new business models and financial toll gates that will help derive new sources of funding to support HCLI's operating costs.
- Helping the Head to drive, negotiate and agree the financial terms and conditions with partners to support this.

To succeed in this role, you will likely possess:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Social Sciences or Marketing
- 8- 10 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing or consulting
- Strong commercial orientation, experience in managing P & L operations is a plus
- Highly creative and analytical with good problem-solving skills. Able to get things done in complex social environments, establishes good working relationships.
- Out-going and pro-active personality who enjoys initiating, meeting and working with people
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, presentation skills
