We live in exciting times. Never before have so many people moved out of poverty so quickly. Asia’s reemergence presents great opportunities, but also significant challenges. For example, how can companies in Asia adapt to an increasingly volatile and uncertain world? Our ability to meet this and other challenges rests on our ability to develop strong leaders. It is in this context that HQ Asia Online strives to play a role. We believe that there is wisdom and insights within Asia, inspired by its rich cultural and philosophical traditions. All that is needed a platform to pull these views together. We hope HQ Asia online will serve this role – to help identify and showcase the best practices and thinking on human capital and leadership, from Asia and for Asia.
