Mano joined the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) as the Associate Director (Research & Programs) in April 2010.
Prior to that, Mano was the Head of Leadership Consulting for Hewitt Associates, Singapore. He has expertise in designing in-depth leadership assessment, promoting continuous professional development and engaging in high-impact coaching. In his previous role, he served as the assessment champion for another consultancy, where he provided technical advice, built the capability of his team and helped design large-scale assessment centers.
Mano has also served as a visiting professor at George Washington University. He particularly enjoyed working with his graduate students to solve pressing talent management challenges. He has published and presented professionally on a wide range of topics including 360 degree feedback, personality assessment, continuous learning and development.
Mano holds a Ph. D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron as well as a Bachelors of Social Science (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
