Yee Kwang joined HCLI as Head of Networks in September 2010, on secondment from the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB).

Prior to joining HCLI, Yee Kwang oversaw EDB’s industry development efforts for the Professional Services sector, covering the development of the legal, accounting, strategy and management consulting, human capital consulting, market research and communication services sectors for Singapore. He also played a role in developing the Intellectual Property sector in Singapore, with a focus on intellectual property management, commercialisation and exploitation. Through his journey at EDB, Yee Kwang has had a range of experience from strategy formulation and implementation, policy making to marketing and business development

Yee Kwang holds a Bachelors of Science (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Masters of Science (Electrical Engineering) from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He also has a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Law from the National University of Singapore.
