The Global-Asia Leadership Accelerator Programme seeks to fast-track the development of emerging Asian leaders so as to better prepare them for global roles in the future. Designed as a measure for truly effective intervention, the programme has its roots in a series of in-depth interviews carried out by HCLI with Business and HR senior executives on their experiences with Asian emerging leaders at multinational corporations. These insights have provided the basis of the programme that we hope will truly serve as an effective platform to accelerate local Asian talent towards their full potential.
