Engineers as Leaders is a modular programme that begins with a 360-leadership assessment carried out 1-2 months before, by qualified organizational development consultants using a globally and research-based tool.
Module 1: 6-8 Mar 2018
A 3-day leadership masterclass, facilitated by a distinguished professor with excellent industry experience in strategy, innovation and management. He comes equipped with more than 35 years of extensive research, consulting and teaching experiences from top institutions such as Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), California Institute of Technology (CalTech), Lockheed Martin and Medtronic.
Module 2: 11-12 Apr 2018
A 2-day "Frontiers of Engineering" symposium, presented and facilitated by renowned global and local experts, and business leaders in a highly interactive setting. Together with you, they will share insights and explore key trends and challenges that will come to impact the engineering industry and related businesses.
Module 3: 23 May 2018
A 1-day communications and influencing experiential workshop, facilitated and coached by seasoned communication experts and personalities. Participants will be immersed in a mock boardroom environment and confronted with the pressures of influencing upwards and downwards. Best practices in communication and influencing will be highlighted.
