Janet Sng is currently Head, Programme Management & Operations at the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI). In her role, she leads and oversees the delivery of all leadership development programmes, symposiums and conferences by HCLI. She and her team ensures programme profitability and efficiency, whilst providing a great participant experience. Janet is also a key account manager for some of the institute’s long-standing clients, and has oversight for HCLI's office operations.
Prior to HCLI, Janet was Assistant Vice President with Temasek Management Services where she managed programme delivery of the company’s flagship leadership suite of programmes. She played a key role in the set up of the company’s Beijing entity, and was responsible for the execution of a pilot management trainee programme for Temasek in China.
Janet previously worked for InterContinental Hotels Group and Egon Zehnder International, International Survey Research (now Willis Towers Watson) in various roles ranging from business development, account management to office management.
Janet graduated with an Honours degree in Communication Studies from Nanyang Technological University and has a certification in Ontological Coaching awarded by Newfield Asia, an Accredited Coach Training Programme (ACTP) by the International Coach Federation.
