She has worked with leaders up to Board-level, to assess and develop them through group and individual interventions.
An eternal learner, Natasha aims to constantly push the boundaries of expertise and thought leadership in her field. A social entrepreneur, she has set up two other businesses, one which focused on serving and uplifting the lives of underprivileged women and another focused on bringing out the potential in children through education.
Her underpinning guiding belief is the celebration that everyone has unique strengths, and she has the uncanny talent to spot this in people she meets; upon finding a strength, she feels compelled to nurture, refine, and stretch it toward excellence, like a pearl that is polished until it shines. In her personal life, she is passionate about protecting the environment, spends her time with her family, reads voraciously and pursues a myriad of interests from painting to photography to diving.
